Please read these Terms of Use carefully before accessing or using any part of this platform. By registering an account, enrolling in a workshop, or otherwise using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

1. Definitions

Throughout these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• Platform refers to the website, web application, and all associated services operated by Domain.
• User refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Platform, whether as a registered member or a visitor.
• Content refers to all text, code, video, audio, graphics, exercises, assignments, and any other material made available through the Platform.
• Account refers to the registered profile created by a User to access personalised features of the Platform.
• Subscription refers to a paid or free plan granting access to specific features, workshops, or course materials.

2. Eligibility

The Platform is intended for users who are at least 16 years of age. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet the applicable eligibility requirements.

We reserve the right to refuse access to any person who does not meet these requirements or who provides false information during registration.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Creating an Account

To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an Account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree not to share your password with any third party and to notify us immediately at help@americandeepclean.com if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your Account.

3.3 One Account Per User

Each User may maintain only one Account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, access additional free content, or abuse promotional offers is prohibited.

4. Permitted Use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You agree to use the Platform only in ways that comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

5. Prohibited Conduct

When using the Platform, you must not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Content without prior written authorisation;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of any software underlying the Platform;
• Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or crawlers to access, collect, or index any Content;
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any code designed to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorised access to systems;
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users or members of our team;
• Post, share, or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers, or connected networks;
• Use the Platform to advertise or solicit any goods or services without our express written consent;
• Resell, sublicence, or otherwise transfer your access rights to any third party.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Content

All Content on the Platform, including but not limited to course materials, exercises, source code examples, graphics, and instructional text, is owned by or licenced to Domain and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.

6.2 User-Submitted Content

If you submit, upload, or share any content on the Platform, including code, comments, or project files, you retain ownership of your original work. By submitting content, you grant Domain a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, display, and reproduce that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform.

6.3 Feedback

Any suggestions, ideas, or feedback you provide regarding the Platform may be used by us without restriction or compensation to you.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

7.1 Fees

Certain workshops, courses, or features require payment. All fees are stated on the relevant product page and are due at the time of purchase unless otherwise specified. Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect existing confirmed purchases.

7.2 Refunds

Refund eligibility is determined by the refund policy applicable at the time of purchase, which is made available during the checkout process. We reserve the right to refuse refunds where there is evidence of misuse or policy circumvention.

7.3 Subscription Renewal

Where a Subscription is set to renew automatically, you will be notified in advance. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time through your Account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

8. Third-Party Services

The Platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, tools, or services. These are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse, control, or accept responsibility for any third-party content or services. Your interactions with third parties are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Disclaimers

The Platform and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not guarantee that any particular educational outcome will be achieved through use of the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Domain shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Domain in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Domain, its officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

12.1 By You

You may close your Account at any time by contacting us at help@americandeepclean.com. Closing your Account does not entitle you to a refund of any fees already paid.

12.2 By Us

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account and access to the Platform at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or caused harm to other users or the Platform.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your licence to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification clauses, shall continue to apply.

13. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

14. Modifications to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email or through a notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform.

15. Modifications to the Platform

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or aspect of the Platform at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific features or services, constitute the entire agreement between you and Domain regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

18. Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorised representative of Domain to be effective.
